As used in this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual and includes any information that constitutes “personally identifiable information,” “personal data,” or “personal information” under applicable privacy or data protection laws or regulations.
You acknowledge the collection, use, disclosure, procedures, and other processing described in this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data We Collect
We may collect a variety of personal data from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below. Where applicable, we indicate whether and why you must provide us with your personal data, as well as the consequences of failing to do so. If you do not provide your personal data when requested, you may not be able to use the full extent of our Website if that personal data is necessary to provide you with our Website or if we are legally required to collect it.
Personal Data You Provide to Us

Job applicants. If you apply for a job via our Website, we may process your personal data to process your application. This may include your name, email address, resume, and any other information you provide in your application.
Personal Data We Collect When You Use Our Website

Advertising Cookies
These Cookies let us measure whether our paid campaigns work — which advertisement or newsletter brought you here, and whether you went on to do something on the Website. We use them for measurement rather than to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Agreeing to analytics Cookies is not agreement to advertising Cookies, and we do not treat it as such. They are separate choices on the Cookies banner and you can allow one and refuse the other, at any time, using the “Cookies” link in the footer of every page. If you refuse advertising Cookies, nothing about the Website changes; we simply cannot tell which campaign reached you.
Your advertising choice governs two separate things, and it governs both together.
Cookies set on this Website. If you allow advertising Cookies and you arrived from a Google advertisement, our Google Analytics tag stores the advertisement identifier that Google added to the link you followed. Those Cookies are _gcl_aw and _gcl_au, and they are listed in the table below. If you refuse, they are not set at all. LinkedIn and Reddit set no Cookies here.
Information sent to advertising platforms. Google, LinkedIn and Reddit also receive conversion information from our analytics provider’s servers rather than from your browser. If you refuse advertising Cookies we do not send them anything about your visit. What we send is limited to the click identifier the platform itself added to the link you followed, the fact that a conversion happened and when, and, where you have given it to us, a one-way hashed form of your email address. We do not send the contents of any form, the pages you read, or anything you typed.
Technologies That Do Not Use Cookies
Some of the measurement tools we use collect no Cookies and no cross-site identifiers at all. Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which report page performance and aggregate traffic, and Ahrefs Web Analytics, which reports how visitors reach the Website, all operate without storing anything on your device. They are therefore not listed in the table below and are not affected by your Cookie choices.
The table below explains in more detail the types of cookies we use and why. The “Set on” column records where each Cookie is set: www for this Website at https://www.domesystems.ai/, and login for the sign-in service at https://login.domesystems.ai/. Cookies whose names contain an identifier for one of our accounts are shown with that part abbreviated, because it changes if we change the account.
About the sign-in service. Signing in to the Dome Platform takes you to https://login.domesystems.ai/, which is operated on our behalf by WorkOS, Inc. The Cookies it sets are set by WorkOS and its own providers rather than by us, and they are necessary for sign-in to work — without them we cannot keep you on one server through a multi-step sign-in, or tell a person apart from an automated attack. Because they are strictly necessary, they are set whether or not you have agreed to Cookies on this Website, and your choice here does not govern them. The one exception is _dd_s, noted in the table.
